Dear Stellarscapes Backers!

Thanks a lot for patiently waiting as we are getting close to delivering you the highly anticipated Stellarscapes models! Here is what to look forward to in a nutshell:

• We'll be making two big batch file deliveries in September. The first batch will be delivered on September 3rd and the second batch will be delivered on September 30th.
• The download access will be managed directly via the Backerkit pledge manager. You'll receive direct download links based on the sets & add-ons you've selected. 
• The deadline to finalize your surveys and lock pledges for all Kickstarter backers is August 31st. No changes will be possible on your pledge selection on Backerkit beyond this date and if you've purchased additional items, your payment will be processed. 
• We are finalizing our plan for commercial licensing and will provide all the details you need by the second batch delivery date. 
• For anyone who missed the Kickstarter campaign, we'll make new discounted bundles available on Backerkit later this week!

As promised, we are still on track to deliver Stellarscapes in September. To manage the process better and give you access to the completed sets as early as possible, we decided to deliver the models in two main batches. 

Here is what you can expect to receive within the first batch, to be delivered on September 3rd:

• Core Set R1: Refinery Warehouse
• Core Set R2: Refinery Furnaces
• Core Set R3: Refinery Boilers
• Core Set R4: Prolet Hab Unit
• Core Set P1: Power Plant Headquarters
• Core Set P2: Tritium Reactor Core
• Core Set P3: Tritium Plasma Generators
• Accessory Set A1: Power Cables
• Accessory Set A2: Refinery Pipes
• Accessory Set A3: Industrial Walkways

So if your pledge includes any of these sets, you'll receive a download link & further instructions via Backerkit. 

We thank everyone for completing your surveys on Backerkit on time and providing us with invaluable feedback for what to work on next! For those of you who haven't completed the pledge manager survey, it's very important to finalize this step before August 31st so we can lock all orders and initiate the delivery process. If you haven't selected your sets by this day, we'll make the selection for you based on the most popular sets selected by other backers. If you purchased additional sets on Backerkit, you can expect to have your credit card charged on or around this date again to finalize your order as well. 

We've been receiving a lot of inquiries regarding commercial licensing as well and the good news is, we are close to finalizing our plan to provide this option to everyone interested. We'll provide more details on this subject by the end of September when the second batch delivery will be ready. 

Last but not least, you can expect to receive weekly updates from us from this point on until every single Stellarscapes model is successfully delivered!

SURVEYS ARE COMING & Exciting Stellarscapes News!

Dear Stellarscapes Backers!

Some exciting news is coming your way today so let's start with the TLDR version:

• You'll receive your post-campaign survey via BackerKit by tomorrow.
• You'll also be able to pledge for more sets & add-on directly on BackerKit.
• All Stellarscapes sets and add-on packs will be available for non-backers to purchase via our Pre-order Store on BackerKit as well.

We are very excited to announce that our post-campaign survey setup is finally completed. The surveys will be sent out via BackerKit and you should receive an email with a link to your survey within 24 hours.

We've greatly appreciated your patience during this period while we evaluated all our options and left no stone unturned trying to figure out the most streamlined survey process for you. Considering the number of sets and pledge levels that Stellarscapes ended up consisting of, as well as the flexibility we provided for mixing & matching sets for all backers made this task a bit more challenging than expected. We are quite happy about choosing BackerKit at the end and confident that you'll be able to provide your reward preferences seamlessly in just a few minutes.

BackerKit will also allow you to purchase additional sets and add-ons at the end of your survey at a discounted prices as well. And we'll launch our public pre-order store on BackerKit simultaneously for any non-backers to join the party and purchase any of Stellarscapes sets and add-on packs.

You don't need to create an account on BackerKit to fill out your survey. Simply click on the survey link on the email you'll receive, follow the survey steps, provide your answers and you are done!

We'll share another update here on Kickstarter when all surveys are sent out. Please check your Kickstarter contact email inbox and if you don't see your survey email, make sure to also check your spam folder. One more point to cover here regarding the new core set that got unlocked as our major $75K stretch goal for all our backers. We'd like to get your input on what concept you'd prefer us to bring to life. This question is part of the survey as well, please read the notes carefully and if you have any recommendations, do let us know!

Lastly, as you might remember we promised to add one new stretch goal design per $2.5K increment after the $75K milestone and we did hit $77.5K in the final hour of our campaign. So it's our pleasure to present the final stretch goal model that we are adding to Stellarscapes: FIELD REACTOR!

This awesome model will be available for ALL BACKERS as usual.

Dear Stellarscapes Backers!

We have now reached the end of our Kickstarter campaign, and got 1040% funded - all thanks to you! 

It's been a bumpy start and we are really grateful for everyone who’s been sharing their honest feedback from the very first moment Stellarscapes went live. You guys allowed us to fine tune the project and make Stellarscapes as valuable as you deserve it.

And today it’s been incredible to see everyone’s effort to help us meet our ultimate funding goal. There are no words express our gratitude. Stellarscapes has been created for you and now also made possible by you. 

This is our first project and first campaign on Kickstarter, and we have learned a lot along the way. It’s been especially rewarding to see a community of our own coming together out of all this. 

As we said before, this is only the beginning!

Our 3D Art & Print teams are already hard at work finalizing the newest designs and optimizing our models for you to have the best possible Stellarscapes experience. We'll share a detailed post very soon with what's coming next, including our plans for the new core set we just unlocked so stay tuned!

Wow, this is beyond amazing! We owe a huge thank you to each and every one of you!

Stellarscapes officially got %1000 funded and we are adding one new Core Set that will be available for every single backer.

We have really cool ideas for this set so stay tuned!

For all future milestones at every $2.5K, we'll continue to add scatter terrain style designs from this point on!

TWO NEW ADD-ONS! Maglev Streamliner + Pumpjack Pack

Dear Stellarscapes Backers!

It’s Ben, the founder and creative director of Stellar Artisan here. First of all, I'd like to welcome everyone who pledged and joined our campaign in the last 24 hours. We are so pleased to see our community grow rapidly and can only imagine all the cool things that we will create together!

As you know, we promised to create one more core set and give it away to ALL BACKERS at every pledge tier if we can reach $75K in funding. This would make Stellarscapes the biggest 3D printable terrain campaign launched by a new creative studio on Kickstarter. We really want to reach this significant milestone and go the extra mile for you.

With our current pace, it looks like there is a good chance we'll get there but just to make sure this dream comes to reality, we are making two more Add-on packages available in the final hours for anyone who wants to help us beyond the incredible level of support you've already shown so far. Plus we have some cool news & designs to reveal for our beloved Star Tier backers at the end.
Last important note before we share these new add-ons, we realize not everyone might be able to get this update considering only a few hours left. Have no fear, these add-ons will be provided as options to be purchased post-campaign via our pledge manager app.

Pumpjack Pack

You might remember this impressive design from yesterday's update post as the bonus model created for anyone who is helping us with spreading the word for Stellarscapes. One wise backer gave us the great idea to make this also available as an add-on so it could be used as an alternative way to help us reach our big milestone. Since we already created multiple pumpjack designs, we would like to include them as well and turn this into a real value pack. Of course, those of you who shared our link online & emailed us are still automatically getting the first pumpjack model for free and this pack will come with 5 modular pumpjack designs (including the first one).

Maglev Streamliner Train Set

We've been also hard at work finalizing all the extra content for what we consider as our best damn design in the entire project, the mighty Maglev Streamliner Train. As we previously announced, this set is going to be available for all Star Tier backers for free and it would've come with one amazing locomotive design and nine different carriage options. In typical fashion though, we realized we created more than what we set out to do and now this set will come with thirteen carriage designs, again freely available for all Star Tier backers.
Some of our backers were also wanting to purchase this set outside of Star Tier and we've been already planning to make this an add-on option via post-campaign pledge manager, so why not do it now?

As we've been saying from day 1, we are extremely proud of what we created in Stellarscapes, first in terms of design quality, but also in terms of just the sheer volume of models and sets.
With your generous support, we can reach a new level and make this project and campaign truly special.
